Free Sparring Requirements: Must be at least 6 years of age AND green belt (6th Gup) or above. There is no minimum age or rank for poomse.

Free Coach's Pass for every 10 competitors signed up per school.

The following exceptions to the USAT rules will be implemented in the interest of safety and time:

• 10-point gap, 15 point ceiling
• All belts ages 7 and under, color belts ages 11 and under: head kicks are strictly prohibited.
• All belts ages 12–13, color belts ages 14+, and black belts ages 8–11 or over 32: light head contact only.
